Training and Qualifications
All our staff have a full induction and training providing about advocacy.
After 6 months probation, staff are enrolled onto the Level 4 National Advocacy Qualification including specialisms in statutory advocacy. Independent Advocacy qualifications and training courses | City & Guilds (cityandguilds.com)
Salary & Expenses
Starting Salary is £21,000 per annum, rising to £23,805 once fully qualified
Travel expenses claimed at 0.45p per mile.
All our staff have paid holidays up to 30 days plus bank holidays (Pro Rata).
All our staff are entitled to join a pension scheme and Asist will match the contribution up to 7%.
Death in Service
All our staff are entitled to our insurance scheme after probationary period has completed.
